SV Caterers – Terms & ConditionsWelcome to SV Caterers. By placing an order, booking our catering services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
All catering orders and event bookings are confirmed only after: Final menu confirmation, Guest count confirmation, and Advance payment (if applicable). SV Caterers reserves the right to decline or cancel orders under certain circumstances.
2. Advance Payment
For selected orders and large events, an advance payment may be required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be completed: Before delivery, or as mutually agreed during booking confirmation
3. Menu Customisation
Customers may request menu customisation based on:Food preferences, Dietary requirements, Spice levels, Event type, Budget considerations. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, availability may depend on ingredients, preparation time, and event scale.
4. Order Changes
Changes to confirmed orders should be communicated as early as possible. Last-minute modifications may: Affect service availability, result in additional charges, or be limited based on preparation status
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be communicated directly through phone, WhatsApp, or email. Advance payments for cancelled orders may be fully refundable, partially refundable, or Non-Refundable, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the preparation status.
6. Food Delivery & Service
SV Caterers aims to provide timely delivery and professional service for all events. However, delays caused by: Traffic conditions, Weather conditions, Venue restrictions, Unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur beyond our control.
7. Food Quality & Freshness
All food is prepared with attention to hygiene, freshness, and quality standards. Customers are advised to consume food within a reasonable time after delivery or serving for the best dining experience.
8. Allergies & Dietary Information
Customers are responsible for informing SV Caterers about: Food allergies, Dietary restrictions, Ingredient sensitivities. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
9. Service Equipment
Any catering equipment, serving vessels, or materials provided by SV Caterers remain company property unless otherwise stated. Customers may be responsible for damages or missing items.
10. Prices
Prices may vary depending on: Menu selection, Guest count, Event location, Customisation requirements, and Seasonal ingredient availability. Final pricing will be confirmed before order approval.
11. Website Content
All images, logos, menu content, and website materials belong to SV Caterers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
SV Caterers shall not be held responsible for: Delays caused by external conditions, Customer-provided incorrect information, Venue-related issues, Unavoidable operational disruptions
13. Updates to TermsSV Caterers reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this page.
