SV Caterers – Refund Policy
At SV Caterers, we value every customer and strive to provide a smooth and professional catering experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions for order cancellations, refunds, and booking modifications.
1. Order Confirmation
Orders are considered confirmed only after: Final menu approval, Event details confirmation, and Advance payment (if applicable). Once confirmed, the preparation and scheduling processes begin.
2. Cancellation Requests
Customers who wish to cancel an order must contact SV Caterers directly through phone, WhatsApp, or email as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on: Cancellation timing, Event size, Preparation status, and Ingredient procurement already completed.
3. Refund Eligibility: Eligible Situations
Partial or full refunds may be considered if: cancellation is informed well in advance; food preparation has not yet started; and ingredients and staffing arrangements have not been finalised.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available for: Last-minute cancellations, Same-day event cancellations, Orders already prepared or dispatched, Customised catering arrangements involving special purchases or advance preparation.
5. Event Postponement
Customers may request changes to event dates based on availability.SV Caterers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible.
6. Advance Payments
Advance payments may be fully refundable, partially refundable, or Adjustable toward future bookings, depending on the specific order situation and preparation stage.
7. Delivery & Service Issues
If any issue occurs regarding: Wrong order delivery, Missing items, Service-related concerns, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately so our team can review and resolve the matter appropriately.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Customised Orders
Special customised menus, large-scale catering events, or festival orders may be subject to separate refund conditions due to advanced ingredient sourcing and preparation commitments.

SV Caterers reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this page.
